Energy Events Centre
The Energy Events Centre, just a 10 minute walk from Sudima Hotel Lake Rotorua is the largest indoor centre for conferences and conventions, with facilities available for 2600 delegates seated for dinner or 4000 delegates seated theatre-style. There is also space for around 500 exhibition booths. For concerts, the centre can accommodate 6000, while for a sporting event, seating for 3000 sports fans is available.
Rotorua Convention Centre
Rotoura Convention Centre is designed specifically for conferences, exhibitions and tradeshows, with a spectacular Banquet Room and a concert chamber, all with a Spanish art deco feel. This great venue is located within a few minutes' walk of Sudima Rotorua and Rotorua’s central retail and restaurant hub.
Civic Theatre
The Civic Theatre is located within the Rotoura Convention Centre and offers modern facilities and seating for up to 686 people. Make the most of the full sound and lighting facilities, along with the full-time venue technician – there to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Rotorua International Stadium
The Rotorua International Stadium, a sports park with seating for 34,000, is great for outdoor events, festivals and concerts. The stadium is 10 minutes drive from Rotorua town centre. Catering for events can be arranged through any of Event and Venues Rotorua’s registered caterers.
Rotorua Sound Shell
The Rotorua Sound Shell is located on the lake front and is great for small concerts, performances, conference dinners and shows. The Sound Shell is also well- known for its regular market days and annual community events.
Te Runanga Tea House
Te Runanga Tea House, built more than 100 years ago is located within the historic Government Gardens and is popular for conference or incentive groups seeking something special. For a unique venue, Te Runanga Tea House provides a touch of romance and history to your conference or meeting.
